General repairs rate:

For most jobs I charge by the hour and can give you an estimate before starting the job

£50 per hour thereafter (to the nearest tenner)

Half day (4hr): £160

Day rate (8hr): £300

Drainage:

I charge more drainage issues, to cover cleanup and ick factor.

About me:

I really enjoy problem solving and working with my clients to find the most elegant and cost-effective solution. My partner is an interior architect who I collaborate with when doing design and fit-out.

Whether it be a simple leak fix or tap change, or a flat/bathroom renovation, I take on projects big or small. This can require work from different trades, for a list of my skills click here.

I have years of experience working with the public and really enjoy this part of the job. Clear communication and building ongoing relationships with my clients is one of my favourite parts of the job!
