General repairs rate:
For most jobs I charge by the hour and can give you an estimate before starting the job

£50 per hour thereafter (to the nearest tenner)
Half day (4hr): £180
Day rate (8hr): £320
Drainage:
I charge more drainage issues, to cover equipment costs, clean up
and the general unpleasantness of the work
£120 First Hour (Minimum charge)
£70 per hour thereafter (to the nearest tenner)
